Systems Control

When I was a child I remember falling dominoes became the rage over night. Everyone became hypnotised once the first domino fell! Everything has a chain reaction in life too and our working systems overlap each other. If we don’t ensure that systems flow into each other then we will have a break in the chain, and we all know what happens then.

A simple task like making a cup of coffee needs planning. One needs to consider the heights of the people who are going to participate in this action; this will affect the heights of the shelves and surface used. Also one needs to be close to a water and electrical source without either being in the other’s way. Because one is working with boiling water and electricity there are immediate safety risks at hand. Small things like sugar bowls or used teaspoons can create a dangerous obstacle, and unfortunately accidents do happen!

Correct systems that are suited to your routine can alleviate a lot of unnecessary stress and prevent silly mistakes.

I offer systems:

  • Design
  • Implementation
  • Training
  • Maintenance

My filing room seems twice as big since Michelle re-arranged my filing systems. And my secretary sings Michelle's praises every time she has to fetch a file in the system.
